Trail tax sale set for Sept. 28 at municipal hall
Properties with unpaid taxes in Trail, B.C. go to public auction at 10 a.m. unless the owner pays first.
The City of Trail will offer properties with delinquent taxes for sale by public auction on Monday, Sept. 28, 2026 at 10 a.m. [1] The sale runs in the Council Chambers at Trail Municipal Hall, 1394 Pine Avenue, Trail, B.C. [1]1
The city gives the notice under Section 645 of the Local Government Act. [1] Properties listed in the notice stay off the block if the delinquent taxes, penalties and interest are paid before 10 a.m. that day. [1]1
