Sturgeon County approves solar accessory building permit near Rge Rd 244

The county approved a development permit for a ground-mount solar accessory building at 57022 Rge Rd 244, on land zoned Agriculture.

Sturgeon County has approved a development permit for an accessory building and ground-mount solar installation at 57022 Rge Rd 244, the county said in a notice published Sept. 18.1

The permit, numbered DP-26-0281, covers the property described as NE-5-57-24-4 under tax roll 2279000. The land is zoned Agriculture and the approved use is accessory.1
