Guelph library board approves transition plan for new Central Library

The Guelph Public Library Board has approved the library's transition strategy for moving out of the current Main Library at 100 Norfolk Street and into the new Central Library at 1 Baker Street in Guelph, Ont.

The current Main Library will close to the public on Feb. 1, 2027, according to the City of Guelph. The board approved the plan on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
