The City of Corner Brook has issued a precautionary boil water advisory effective Sept. 24, 2026, covering 12 streets after repairs to the water distribution system, the city said in a notice.
The advisory applies to Bannisters Road, Quinton Street, Harbourview Road, Hillcrest Road, Premier Drive from 89 to 163, Harvey Road, Seawards Avenue, Fudges Road from 12 to 54, Cooks Avenue, Powers Avenue, Princess Avenue from 7 to 12, Doves Road at 22, and Batstones Road from 1 to 28.
Advisory to remain until further notice
The city said the advisory is expected to remain in effect until further notice because of the time required for testing to confirm water quality in the systems. Residents will be advised when the advisory has been lifted.
