Circle Drive northbound between Clancy Drive and the 33rd Street Overpass in Saskatoon is closed because of a motor vehicle collision, the City of Saskatoon said in a release issued Sept. 12.

The closure takes in all northbound on ramps from 22nd Street West and Laurier Drive. The 33rd Street on ramps to Circle Drive North remain open.

The city expects the closure to stay in place for several hours while the incident is investigated. Motorists are asked to avoid the area, use alternate routes and allow extra travel time.

The city said updates will be provided when the roadway reopens. No date for the next update was given.
