Surveying and mapping revenue rises 4.2 per cent to $3.2 billion in 2025

Operating revenue for the surveying and mapping services industries rose 4.2 per cent to $3.2 billion in 2025, Statistics Canada said. Alberta and Quebec drove the increase, at $54.5 million and $48.4 million respectively.1

Alberta held the largest share of operating revenue at 31.5 per cent, extending an upward trend the agency dates to 2022. Ontario's share fell over the same period, to 22.5 per cent in 2025.1
