The provincial form omits the non-resident category and is restricted to municipal administrators.
Prince Edward Island has published FM-063-R-E, a 2027 Municipal Tax Rate Certificate, according to the provincial government's directory. The document, posted Sept. 18, 2026, is intended for use by municipal administrators only.1
The certificate is issued without the non-resident category. The directory lists general inquiries through government contacts or the feedback tab.1
