Canada regains beef market access in Dominican Republic

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the Dominican Republic has approved imports of Canadian beef and beef products, including offal, from cattle of all ages.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency announced on Sept. 11 that the Dominican Republic has approved imports of Canadian beef and beef products, including offal, from cattle of all ages.1

The announcement restores Canadian market access for beef exports to the Dominican Republic, according to the federal government.1
